School is going pretty well. I'm getting straight A's in Media Literacy, and I'm currently writing a reality TV show analysis on Mythbusters. I got an A on my first Criticism test too, which surprised me. We're covering reader-response theory right now, which is really trippy complex stuff, but it's an interesting topic. This has been a surprisingly normal week, considering my Grandma died on Friday. I had my first interview with Lane Bryant yesterday. I got a tour of the store, observed one of the workers interacting with customers, role-played that I was the worker and she was the customer and I put together outfits for her, and did some general helping around the sales floor because it was busy at the time. The weather's been crazy here lately. It was chilly last week, warmed up for the weekend, and then snowed Sunday night into most of Monday. And then it would be snowing at the same time at the same time that the snow that was already there was melting and dripping from the trees.
